Dorothy Gwendolyn Tucker Shaul, 96, of Fishers, IN graduated to eternal Life March 20, 2017.  She was born July 10, 1920 in Scranton, PA to Wilfred I and Louise (Rought) Tucker. Parents and siblings, Hanna, Wilfred I Jr. and Elsie preceded Gwen to eternal life. Gwen Graduated from Cedar Crest College in 1942 the same year she married the love of her life Lawrence K Shaul; Larry passed in 1989. Gwen and Larry moved from Scranton to Massachusetts, New York, Ohio, and Michigan retiring in Hendersonville, NC; where they were active members of Etowah United Methodist Church for many years. Along the way, Gwen and Larry made many friends and especially enjoyed antiquing together. Gwen was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution and Chapter President of Questers. Gwen enjoyed bridge, crossword puzzles, reading, and travelling; especially trips to the beach with her family.

Gwen is survived by her two sons, L. Bryan (Linda) Shaul of Cascade, ID and Roger (Dianne) Shaul of Carmel, IN; six grandchildren, Jolie (Dan’l) Anselmo of South Jordon UT, Tara Shaul of Indianapolis, IN, Monica (Sean) Rosenfeld of St. John, IN, Adam (Ashley) Shaul of Fishers, IN, Andrea Shaul of Carmel, IN, Laura (Brandon) Branam of Noblesville, IN; and six great grandchildren, Seth Brock, Sam & Aliva Rosenfeld, Bryant Shaul, Adelynn & Emma Anselmo.

A Memorial Mass will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, April 1 at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Carmel, IN. Visitation will be at 10:00 AM in the church Family Room off the Commons. Interment with Larry will be held in Hendersonville, NC at a later date.  Memorial contributions may be made to Etowah United Methodist Church, Etowah, NC.  Online condolences may be made at www.indianafuneralcare.com.

    It has been almost a year and we all miss you and the chance to share what your grandchildren and great grandchildren are doing. You graduated and now feel only love as the faith and hope have been fulfilled.
